Differences between Handley and Hitler: 1. Hitler made threats he could carry out. 2. Hitler told consistent and useful lies. 3. When Hitler had an unachievable objective, he sent people who were good at their jobs to fulfill it. Hence, Handley is worse than Hitler. Not in the sense of being more evil, just in being less competent.

I believe that this is a historical first, where likening Handley to Hitler actually demeans Hitler.
